The Business Development / Account Manager is a key role ensuring we build upon our current marketing activities to engage with a targeted prospect base as well as managing a small number of existing key clients.
The primary objective of the role will be to take our strong IT services message to a wider audience and to clearly articulate the key strengths and advantages of PAV's services portfolio.
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to work closely with our external Marketing Agency together with our internal Account Managers.
You will work within our busy sales team focusing on our IT service support and cloud hosting offerings. You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to position technical services sales at all levels. The Business Development Manager is a hands-on role which will involve generating new opportunities for net new customers and occasionally within our existing client base. Our strong IT services portfolio is based around our IT service (service desk) support function together with our technical project delivery capabilities, and cloud based hosting activities.
As the Business Development Manager you will be targeting and working with organisations within the mid-market sector in Sussex and across London and the South East. Our customers are primarily based within the Home Counties and London areas. However we are not limited to these areas.
You will be required to research, design, develop and implement a multi strand communications message to elevate the awareness of PAV's services and to build a pipeline for the Sales Team. You will be ably supported by both our Account Managers and pre-sales Technical Team where needed.
