pavTRANSFORM: it's time to transform your IT

IT projects require careful planning, communication and the right resources to avoid significant overheads.

pavTRANSFORM's structured approach, combined with the expertise of our skilled team, ensure that your IT project meets your specific requirements and is delivered successfully on time and within budget.

pavTRANSFORM is devised of four essential elements allowing us to carefully plan and effectively implement your IT projects:

Before any project is implemented it is essential to fully understand your specific requirements and desired outcomes. The DISCOVER phase allows our technical team to work closely with you so that we can explore your operations and analyse existing performance, usage and capacity to acquire the valuable detail and insight we need to provide you with a solid foundation for making sound business decisions.

The DESIGN phase will provide the context and detail required to establish a definitive idea of how the project may be delivered and how much it will cost. Within DESIGN we build on the significant work achieved during the DISCOVER phase and provide the structure and plans required to successfully implement change.

DEPLOY provides your business with the technical skill and expertise required for successful project completion. Our joined up approach means our technical team will work closely with you, and any required third parties, to ensure that the project and test plan we agreed during the DISCOVER and DESIGN phases is carried out smoothly.

Following the DEPLOY stage our REVIEW phase will assess the overall success of TRANSFORM's project delivery. This ensures that your business proactively learns from the change initiatives whilst providing a platform on which to explore delivery improvement opportunities for the future.

You can trust that we will advise you on the most appropriate solutions to meet your needs and deliver your project with minimal disruption. pavTRANSFORM offers you the reassurance that your IT project will arrive on budget and on time.
